Immortal Floral - Ordering & Procedures

Flowers have been an integral part of the human experience since the dawn of civilization. Since biblical times people have cultivated the soil to produce crops for food and medicines. Ancient Egyptians were blessed with a plentiful water supply from the Nile and an abundance of sunshine. The works of Greek and Egyptian writers and philosophers from the first century tell in some detail how plants and flowers were used to create an array of scented oils and incense. Flowers and herbs had a multitude of uses, ranging from simple medicinal cures to sacrificial offerings for the gods.

Ordering & Procedures

Flower Samples
We recommend purchasing a sample before ordering your wedding flowers. Samples are created to each bride's specifications. We adhere as closely as possible to each design theme. The cost for a sample is $100.00 plus $20.00 DHL overnight shipping. Samples are normally mailed within one week of ordering; depending on flower availability and special requests the flowers may take longer to prepare.

Note: that the sample can be used in the wedding for a junior bridesmaid, flower girl or mother of the bride. The sample is a miniature version of the final bridal bouquet in every way.

Custom Floral Designs
At Immortal Floral, we specialize in custom designs for each bride. Our highly trained staff of designers is available to consult anytime. The designer develops a style and theme for the bouquet. They help the bride choose the best flowers and colors for the big day. Every part of the bride's wedding attire is important in the design process. The gown, head piece, hair style, veil, and shoes, all play an integral role in the ensemble.

Our standard line is available in many color schemes. Each bride can choose the colors that suit her theme. Ribbons and botanicals will also be altered to match the colors. Couture designs are always to the bride's specifications with no additional design fees. Couture brides can make any alterations necessary.

Since our blooms are real flowers, there may be slight color differences or natural blemishes in some flowers. This is normal with any fresh bloom.

Ordering Flowers
Since the flowers won't change in a week, month or ever, many brides prefer ordering in advance for pre-wedding portraits. We require 4 weeks in most cases to prepare the flowers. Rush orders less than 4 weeks will be charged an additional 1/3 of the order so please order early.

Shipping
We take great care in properly packing each arrangement. Extensive packing materials and many hours are spent wrapping. After the extensive time spent building the bouquet, we want to be sure it arrives in perfect condition. All flowers both national and international are shipped one or two day DHL or FedEx. We do not use the US postal system.
